FC United party in the park

This Sunday 29th June sees the third FC United Party in the Park, at Heaton Park, Prestwich, starting at 1pm.

Supporters can look forward to events which include rounders, egg & spoon and sack races.

Don’t forget your picnic and blanket for an afternoon of fun, games and hopefully sunshine.

Directions:

If travelling by tram, alight at Heaton Park and use the entrance directly opposite the station. The 135 bus also stops near the tram station. Follow the signs to the boating lake walk around the north side (where the cafe
is). The party will be on the field just past the lake on the left side.

If entering from the Middleton Road side (i.e. if you’re driving or have alighted the number 59 bus), there are two entrances. From the north entrance head for the lake and you will encounter the party field on your right before reaching the lake. From the south entrance, follow the path
to the right then turn first left towards the lake.

Also on Sunday the FC United fans team take on Runcorn Linnets with a 2pm kick off at Manchester Academy. FC United will be looking for revenge after suffering a 4-1 thrashing from Linnets back in April.
