Are you the romantic type? Do you feel a need to show your love this Saturday on Valentine’s Day?

Well, before you take the other half out for the evening or make a fool of yourself by sending cards/flowers to someone who won’t have anything to do with you in a million years, just stop and think. Think of your one true love, the constant in your life... yes, your football team, who will always be there for you come rain or shine (Bury FC pitch permitting) no matter what.

It’s FC United versus Leigh Genesis this Saturday at 3pm and we need everyone to get down to Gigg Lane to show their passion for the Club and roar the lads on to another victory to keep us in the promotion playoff places. No need to go over the top with chocolates or a card, if you’re feeling flush just buy a programme and a fair share draw ticket on the way in and toss your loose change in the barrels.

United are away in the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon and so a few fellow Reds may also be in need of a football love fix for the weekend. Why not drag a newbie along or one or two who haven’t been for a while to remind them what’s going on at FC? Go on, pop the question!
