Comedy night tickets still available

No football is no joke, so if you fancy a laugh get yourself along to the first FC comedy night of this year where you’ll find a cornucopia of comedic talent and all in aid of club funds.

Chris Brooker, headliner in his own right has stepped up to the mic to compere for us. Wacky, wild, slightly overweight and ginger are just some of the words used to describe him. Very funny guy may be another that comes to mind as well.

Former City Life ’Comedian of the Year’, Vince Atta is second on the bill and is sure to hit the spot with his Moss Side tinged observations on life.

Heading the bill is Tony Burgess. From headlining at comedy venues and festivals across the UK headlining his own Edinburgh festival show, Tony’s done it all. He’s also written for talents as diverse as Caroline Ahearn, Johnny Vegas and Steve Coogan and written scripts for the BBC and Channel 4. Tony’s wry take on Mancunian and other life will have you in stitches.

So come down on 11th February 2010 to The Guide Bridge Conservative Club, start time 7.45pm.

Tickets are priced £10 and includes admission and food.
