Support FC women in cup final action this Sunday

FC United’s women’s team round off their debut season this Sunday, 5 May, with an eagerly awaited league cup final clash against Manchester City Ladies at Moor Lane, the home of Salford City FC.

The first season for FC’s women’s team has seen teh side finish second in the Greater Manchester Women’s Football League, narrowly being pipped to the top spot by Manchester City Ladies, their opponents in the League Cup Final this Sunday.

Kick off for the game is 2pm and there is sure to be a great atmosphere at what is a great place to play football. Entry is just £2 and there will be a bar and refreshments available. Both sides have a good following and a decent crowd is expected for what should be another closely fought game between the Greater Manchester Women’s Football League’s top two sides.

Come along and show your support for the women’s team this Sunday and help cheer them on to cup glory.
