Community Shares Update

Community Shares EIS3 forms

All members of the Community Share Scheme in September 2013 should have received an EIS3 form and a letter from the club.

If yours has been lost in the post, please contact the office on 0161 273 8950 or email office@fc-utd.uk.

Alternatively write to the club office or ask at the membership stall on home match days.

Community Shares purchases

If you already own community shares, the ways that you can top-up are:

1. Send a cheque with an application form, by downloading the form from here.

2. Phone the office 0161 273 8950, with your debit card details.

3. Make a direct payment, details are in Section 2 part (iv) of here

4. Leave an application form with your cheque or cash (a £500 cash limit applies) at the membership stall.

If you have not already previously bought community shares you can purchase by all the methods above, but you must also sign and send in a paper application form to the office which is downloadable from here, to confirm you have read the terms and conditions of the scheme.
