FC United Board to help out and review smooth running of matchday parking arrangements

Parking around Broadhurst Park and reducing its impact on local residents has been a priority for the club since the ground first opened. Our traffic marshals have been doing an excellent job in ensuring that supporters do not park in restricted areas and are directed to designated parking spaces.

The club is keen to ensure that the parking arrangements we have put in place run smoothly and that any improvements that can be made are made. To that end, at this Saturday’s Corby Town match a number of FC Board members will be donning hi-vis vests and taking to the streets as part of the marshalling team.

FC Board member Des Lynch is currently working with FC branches to see how they can boost the numbers of traffic marshals and a number of branches have come forward to offer their services. If you would like to volunteer your services to help our marshal team then please contact Des at deslynch@fc-utd.co.uk

Board members out on the streets around Broadhurst Park this Saturday will be able to see first-hand how our parking arrangements are working and report back and make recommendations to our operations team for any improvements that might be needed.
