Updated: AGM 2015 - Board vacancies and meeting eligibility
The 2015 AGM will take place on Thursday 26th November 2015, at Broadhurst Park, 310 Lightbowne Road, Moston, Manchester, M40 0FJ at 7pm. Registration opens at 6:30pm.
At the AGM, six current board members (Kate Ramsey, Tom Stott, John Nicholson, Alan Hargrave, Phil Sheeran and Steve Pagnam) are standing down as required having served their maximum two year tenure on the board creating six vacancies at the forthcoming election.
Current board members Alan Hargrave, John Nicholson, Phil Sheeran and Steve Pagnam are not seeking re-election. Board member Andy Davies is also standing down.
All members will receive full formal notification of the meeting as well as details of any resolutions no later than 21 days before the meeting.
Members are reminded that only those without an email address or who have opted in for postal preference will receive notification in the post. All other members will receive notification by email and documents will be available from the members’ area of the official website no later than 21 days before the meeting.
Membership
To be eligible to vote at the meeting and have a say on the board election and resolutions, you must renew your membership for this current season by midday on Friday 30th October.
Membership is £12 a year for adults. You can become a co-owner for the 2015/16 season in any of the following ways:
