The 2016 FC United General Meeting will take place this Sunday 24 April 2016, at Broadhurst Park, starting at 12pm. Registration opens at 11.30am and members are strongly encourage to arrive promptly to ensure that people can be registered and seated so that the meeting can start on time.
Members have already received official notification of the meeting either by post or email, depending on the communication preferences previously notified to the club.
There are a number of resolutions and members votes to be voted on at the meeting. The deadline for postal and proxy votes has now passed so members who have not voted by post or proxy will need to attend the meeting in person in order to cast their vote. Members will receive voting forms when they register for the meeting.
Only members over the age of 16 are able to attend and vote at the General Meeting.
The meeting will take place in the main function room at Broadhurst Park. Teas and coffees will be available from the downstairs classroom before the meeting. The bar will not be open.
