FC UNITED V STOCKPORT on Friday 12th August is an ALL-TICKET MATCH

Important Updates - Tickets are on sale to FC United Members and Season Ticket Holders, who can now buy two additional tickets for friends or family - non-members can now buy a single ticket from Broadhurst Park.

FC United ‘s National League North match against Stockport County at Broadhurst Park, previously scheduled for Saturday 13th August, will now take place on Friday 12th August kick-off 7.45pm.

THE MATCH WILL BE ALL-TICKET with segregation in place and police will be in attendance. A reduced ground capacity of 4,000 will be in operation and Stockport’s allocation will be 650 tickets. Tickets will not be on sale on the day of the game.

FC United will only be selling tickets for HOME supporters for this match. Away supporters will need to purchase their ticket from Stockport County.

FC United Members and Season Ticket Holders can now buy two additional tickets for friends or family. Non-members can buy single tickets only from Broadhurst Park.

Important Updates:

1) Online ticket sales will stop at 12 noon on Tuesday 9th August.

2) You can still buy tickets after 12 noon on Tuesday 9th August either by phone 0161 769 2005 or in person at the ground between 10am and 5pm Tuesday to Thursday.

3) Tickets will NOT be on sale at the Telford match on Tuesday 9th August.

4) Tickets will NOT be on sale on the day of the match (Friday 12th August)

5) Non-Members can buy 1 ticket only by purchasing their ticket from Broadhurst Park, Lightbowne Road, Moston. M40 0FJ between 10am and 5pm (Tues to Thurs)

6) Any tickets bought after 8th August will have to be collected from Broadhurst Park.

7) Supporters who have bought a ticket, can collect them from the Membership Stall inside Broadhurst Park (between Main Stand and SMRE) at the Telford match on 9th August from 6pm and from the reception at Broadhurst Park between 10am and 5pm (Mon-Thurs). If you are unable to collect your tickets at the Telford match, you can collect tickets from the Main Reception at Broadhurst Park between 10am and 5pm (Tuesday to Thursday). An announcement regarding collection times on the day of the match will be made when arrangements have been finalised.

TICKET SALES

Season ticket holders do not need to buy a ticket for this match as Voucher Number 2 in their Season Ticket book will give them entry to this match. Season ticket books will be dispatched from the office from 1st August. Season Tickets are still available to buy.

ALL FC UNITED MEMBERS AND SEASON TICKET HOLDERS can now buy 2 ADDITIONAL TICKETS for friends and family.

Please note: All members are responsible for the behaviour of the people they buy tickets for.

- STH or Members who have already bought a ticket can buy an additional 2 tickets.

- Members who have yet to buy a ticket can buy 2 additional tickets on top of their own ticket.

When ordering your ticket(s) you will need to supply the Members Surname, Membership Number and Postcode of the members you wish to buy tickets for.

If you are a new FC United Member, to ascertain your Membership Number please contact the office at the earliest convenience, using membership@fc-utd.uk or calling 0161 769 2005 and provide your name and postcode.

If you have had a membership in previous years, your membership number will be unchanged. If you have not got a membership number of have forgotten your membership number please contact the office on 0161 769 2005.

Any new members with an SK postcode will be subject to additional checks by FC United officials prior to their ticket purchase being approved and dispatched.

If you are an FC United supporter but not a Member or Season Ticket Holder you can buy a single ticket from Broadhurst Park between 10am and 5pm on Tuesday (9th), Wednesday (10th) or Thursday (11th)

Home tickets give unreserved ground access to either the standing or seated areas. Supporters who require a disabled seat or who need a carer with them should also contact the club on 0161 769 2005 to purchase their ticket.

*Concession means the following:
- Over 60s
- In receipt of income support or job seekers allowance
- Student with a valid NUS card

Any person applying for a concession may be asked to produce identification at the turnstile. If a supporter is unwaged and does not have proof of any of the above they must contact the FC United office prior to the game.

HOW TO BUY TICKETS

You can purchase your tickets either online, by telephone or in person at Broadhurst Park. See below for details.

Members are encouraged to purchase their tickets online if possible as this will ease the pressure on our staff and volunteers during a busy time at our offices at Broadhurst Park.

We will cease selling tickets online from 12 noon on Tuesday 9th August. Members/STH can still buy tickets over the phone or in person Broadhurst Park.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE WHEN ORDERING ONLINE:

STEP 1: Go to the FC Tickets Website - https://fc-utd-tickets.co.uk/ and choose the Stockport match.

STEP 2: Click on the relevant priced ticket

STEP 3: Enter Surname, Postcode and Membership (Note: the fields are not case sensitive, you can enter your postcode with or without a space).

If your details are recognised, a green ‘Valid’ message will appear. If an error message appears, please enter you details again. If you keep getting an error message, please ring the office on 0161 769 2005 for assistance)

STEP 4: If valid, click on FIND TICKETS

STEP 5: ADD TO BASKET. Your order will appear in the right hand side of the screen.

STEP 6: If you wish to buy additional tickets, please repeat the process, re-entering your details , but always remember to Find Tickets and Add to Basket each time.

STEP 7: Once you have completed your order, please check the order is correct and PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

STEP 8: Select the desired delivery option, if you wish to have them sent via the post fill in your address details.

STEP 9: Proceed to Checkout, where you will be directed to the Gocardless page where you will be asked to include your contact details together bank sort code and account number. Once complete click ‘Continue’ then ‘Confirm Payment’

STEP 10: Once your order is complete you will receive an order notification on screen, make a note of your order number. You will then receive an email notification to confirm your order and payment.
