League Challenge Cup - Rules of a Replay

Colne v FC United - League Challenge Cup, Saturday 27th January 2007 Kick Off 2pm

In the scores are level at the end of the match an extra half hour shall be played. If the scores are still level at the end of extra time, the match shall be replayed.

The date of the replay is Wednesday 31st January 2007. The game will also be played at Radcliffe Borough’s ground. The reason FC United have changed venue is because Bury FC play at home on Tuesday 30th January 2007 and the pitch would not stand up to the wear and tear.

If the scores are level at the end of a replay an extra half hour shall be played. If the scores are still level at the end of extra time, the tie shall be decided by goals scored away from home counting twice. If the teams remain equal after this procedure the tie shall be decided by the taking of kicks from the penalty mark, in accordance with F.I.F.A rules.

In the event of the match being postponed on Saturday 27th January 2007, the league will decide on the date of which the game is to be played.
