NEW PLAYER: Aaron Morris

Aaron Morris (23) is a central defender who joins FC United from Runcorn Linnets.

His first experience in adult football was at St. Helens Town in the North West Counties where he spent 2 years before moving to Runcorn Linnets where he has played for the last 3 years.

Aaron said "I had three great years at Linnets but am now looking for a new challenge. Brian Richardson, FCs new Assistant Manager contacted me to invite me to join the club and I’m really excited to be a part of it . As a United fan, I know about all the reasons how FC United came about and I’ve also kept my eye out on how they’re getting on."

Aaron was a fans favourite at Linnets and last season he was awarded the Supporters Club Player of the Year for the second time. Aaron also collected awards as Players’ Player of the Year, Home Player of the Year, Away Player of the Year and Young Linnets Player of the Year.
