The following letter has been received from Babara McNarry, sister of George Best, following her visit to Gigg Lane for the final home game of the 2006/2007 season.
During the half time celebrations Baraba and her husband Norman were presented with a cheque for the George Best Foundation by the Supporters Network, whose members had organised a number of fund raising events.
Our thanks and best wishes go to Barbara and Norman, and the members of the supporters network and club for making it a special occasion.
